Yara Major Turnaround 2023

Korcelta deployed experienced pipe fitters, AS1796 Cert 10 welders, trade assistants, and site supervisors to execute chrome and stainless steel piping fabrication and installation activities during the YARA Pilbara Major Turnaround under KAEFER’s project framework.

Scope of execution support included:

  • Workshop-based piping fabrication
  • On-site tie-ins and field welding
  • Big-bore piping installation exceeding 2,000 inches

Supervision support was provided to coordinate field activities and ensure compliance with ASME IX-qualified WPS and QA/QC requirements in alignment with KAEFER’s standards.

Korcelta contributed skilled SMP trades and supervision support to the safe and efficient execution of turnaround works delivered by KAEFER at site.
