Multi-Material Workshop Fabrication (Execution & Supervision Support)
Tianqi Lithium Hydroxide Processing Plant – WA
Korcelta deployed experienced pipe fitters, AS1796 Cert 10 welders, trade assistants, and site supervisors to execute multi-material piping fabrication activities within MSP Engineering’s project framework.
Scope of execution support included fabrication of carbon steel, stainless steel, and duplex piping systems in accordance with ASME B31.3 and ASME IX standards.
Execution activities comprised:
- Approximately 15,000 inches of carbon steel spool fabrication
- Approximately 50,000 inches of stainless steel spool fabrication
- Approximately 5,000 inches of duplex stainless steel fabrication
Supervision support was provided to coordinate workshop sequencing and ensure QA/QC compliance under MSP Engineering’s systems.
All fabrication activities were performed within a controlled workshop environment with 100% visual inspection and progressive non-destructive testing.
Korcelta contributed skilled SMP trades and supervision support to the efficient execution of fabrication works delivered by MSP Engineering.
